Get Me Outta Here!

Alrighty, this is unacceptable.

A week ago we were basking in sunny, warm weather. The sun was shining, all the dead grass was visible and all the lovely garbage along the highway was baking in the sun. It was lovely.

Four days ago the wind had picked up. Three days ago the snow barely started. Two days ago the blizzard began, where we accumulated over a foot of snow overnight. Yesterday the snow didn’t stop all day, accumulating another foot plus. Today it is STILL snowing and the forecast isn’t promising.

It’s a damn good thing I’m on a plane for home tomorrow.
